30 days project Day #2
day two.
due to night shifts and less time I opted for this simple french manicure with black stripes and silver glitter coat
The tips are copper coated glitter and entire nail has a silver coat glitter finish.
my flash makes the nail looks yellowish .. i wonder why.

The 30 days project
I found nail art pretty fascinating and when I started doing it I found it to be fun.
people look at my nails and say OMG you have so much time and I think we can always take out 30 minutes a day for our hobbies
I ended up buying KONAD polishes and just the starters plates for now. used sponge and various other techniques
I am still not ready for water marbling yet ... but will make it.
so I decided to have a project of applying a new nail polish and a new style .. like a new Nail art every day for 30 days starting today will post pictures here.
lets see if i can make it and lets see if water marbling nail art makes up to my list.

Lets get drenched
17th June 2012:
since yesterday its raining and all you can do in this weather is sit at home and watch TV, but the dish doesnt work when its cloudy so take cat naps until there was a call sayn lets go on a bike ride and get drenched.
hmmm ... not a bad idea infact havent done it ever before.
I like rains but I dont got out to get drenced,
So there we were, on bike with just phone and some cash wrapped in plastic in a little bag. no raincoats jackets , just riding across the streets when people lookng at us through the buses and cars
we were happy to just get wet and get soaked.
had hot pasta from Prunto's at vashi and clicked pictures.
it was great welcome to rains.

so I have to work tonite as there is this major server patching and I was think on this Rainy gloomy day what is new thing that i can probably give a try.
so I met my friend and we really had a great time ... I can put it here but yes that really made up to my list.

PS : Note
I am designing my own template for this blog and its a gradual process every day so that a side note .. I am happy with the banner .. infact once in my mind i had an idea to get this tatooed across my right ankle, my left ankle has a huge scar due to an old scooter accident ... those are like sad memories.

The Nail art

I hate the fact that I am not living up to my own expectations but trust me I am trying hard
So I a thing for nails as my previous posts and I always google the nail art and try new stuff, some are awesome and some are just YAkk
In past few months i came out with some master pieces and clicked there pics and that was just it.
Last night while texting one of my friends she send some pictures of the nail art she got done at her office at womens day and send me some pictures, so i send her mine and she told me i was pretty good like a proffessional ... hugh .. well well so I got an idea to put my Master pieces together as an album to facebook.
uploaded like 6 pictures with the title "I love my Nails"
and the coments wont stop flowing, i am so so happy to see this ... will upload those pictures here,
This motivates me to try a lot more.
I think i have an artist skill now :) atleast in my head i do
UPDATE:
today when I arrived for my shift at the powai office and I was catching up with a galfriend ... I saw her nails with a simple yet ravishing art of pink and purple .. it was neat
I complimented her and she said .. well its inspired by you
I cant be more happy, my new thing each day got something new in someone else ..I am so honered
